Local residents have been venting their frustration over the failure of either the county or district council to clear away the vegetation on the corner of Beaumont Avenue and Hatfield Road: this path is well nigh unusable for people in wheelchairs or with pushchairs.

Local Lib Dem councillors have been taking up the issue and are being promised action – but nothing has happened yet.
