Land in and around former aerodrome, North Orbital Rd, Upper Colne Valley, Hertfordshire Strategic Rail Freight Interchange – Planning Appeal Decision – 5/09/0708

The above appeal, by Helioslough Ltd, was the subject of a Public Inquiry in 2009. The appeal was dismissed on 7th July 2010, but following a High Court challenge by Helioslough this decision was quashed and referred back to the Secretary of State to be re-determined.

You will note that the Secretary of State is minded to grant the appeal subject to the completion of a planning obligation.
